The venue offers a variety of accommodations (hotel style & retreat-style rooms) with all inclusive options. The property also has a wellness center and offers daily yoga, nature walks, fire circle, kirtan and a fitness room & sauna, as well as nourishing vegetarian cuisine.
Please note - the venue is closed on Mondays, so overnight stays on the Sunday will not be possible - all check-outs must be completed on Sunday.

The in-person workshop pricing is separated in two parts:
PART ONE: Ignite in-person course fee ($555 USD)*
Includes full online access and in-person facilitation.
PART TWO: Accommodation & meals for 3 nights ($504.90 - $930.45 USD)**

- Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) in Charlotte, NC (100 miles)
- Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI) in Johnson City, TN (80 miles)

Shuttles
The Hickory Hop shuttle goes from Charlotte airport to Boone five times daily. Reservations are required - book online here.
Please confirm shuttle times to coordinate with your travel plans.
Public Bus
The Mountaineer Express goes from Boone to Charlotte at 9:25 am and from Charlotte to Boone at 6:00 pm daily. Please check their schedule for current timings. To reach the Charlotte bus stop, you can take the Cat5 airport express. Once you arrive in Boone, you can take an Uber to the center.
Car Rental
Enterprise, Avis, Alamo, Hertz, National, and Budget all offer car rentals at Charlotte airport. Please contact the rental company directly for pricing.
