Creating Life by Design: Part 1 – Awareness

What if the patterns that keep repeating in your life are not simply problems to eliminate, but places where something is still waiting to become conscious?

Whether it shows up in relationships, emotional reactions, work, choices, or situations that seem to keep returning, this session offers a different way of looking at repetition.

Rather than beginning with “How do I get rid of this?”, the exploration begins with curiosity:

What is repeating? What happens inside me when it does? And what might become visible if I stop trying to fix it long enough to truly observe it?

From there, the session explores how awareness grows, how deeper realizations can change old patterns, and how greater self-understanding can support more conscious choices.

Quotes

“The awareness that we perceive on a day-to-day basis about ourselves, about our life, about our relationships, is only the tip of the iceberg.”
– ASIL
“This is awakening by design.”
– ELOHIM
“The soul's desire to awaken therefore supersedes any other desires.”
– ELOHIM
“Greater awareness creates a field of possibility, a field of healing, a field of transformation.”
– ASIL

Takeaways

  • Conscious creation goes deeper than getting what we want. Asil describes it as becoming more aware of what is influencing our choices, relationships, reactions, and experience of life—including aspects of ourselves that may not yet be fully conscious.
  • What we consciously know about ourselves may be only part of the picture. The session explores how the body, emotions, subconscious patterns, past experiences, and deeper layers of the self can all contribute to the way we experience and respond to life.
  • Observation creates space for something new to become visible. Rather than immediately judging, analyzing, fixing, or changing what appears, Asil emphasizes learning to observe with curiosity and enough inner space to notice what may previously have gone unseen.
  • Repeating patterns can become valuable sources of self-understanding. Recurring relationships, emotions, choices, or situations may point toward something that is still asking to be seen, understood, or integrated.
  • Deeper change happens through realization, not simply through force. Asil describes a realization as something that truly “lands” within us. When that happens, the emotional charge around an old pattern may begin to change, and the same cycle may no longer repeat in the same way.
  • Greater awareness needs to grow alongside our ability to hold it. The session emphasizes a gradual approach to growth in which new awareness can be integrated without becoming overwhelming, allowing transformation to unfold while remaining present in everyday life.
  • Compassion makes deeper self-awareness possible. Seeing more clearly can sometimes bring uncomfortable material into view. The session emphasizes meeting what emerges with compassion rather than turning awareness into another form of self-judgment.
  • Change can begin with a pause. The transmission describes moments of disruption as creating an opening in which we can stop, reconsider, feel what has surfaced, and become aware of possibilities that were not visible while repeating familiar patterns.
  • Fear and emotions can carry information. Rather than treating difficult emotions only as something to escape, Asil explores how observing them with some neutrality can reveal what they are connected to within us.
  • Greater inner alignment can lead to clearer choices. Asil describes inner conflict as different parts of ourselves wanting different things. As the mind, heart, body, and deeper sense of self come into greater alignment, choices can begin to feel clearer and more coherent.
