Foundations is the first of our advanced level course offerings and the entryway to the Pillars of Light and Earth Keepers Pathways.
The Foundations Essentials you will receive is a condensed version of the full course, and consists of 4 pre-recorded Elohim transmissions, and 3 channeled energy alignment meditations.
These essentials will expand your capacity on multiple levels, and support your journey of awakening and self-realization.

Earth Keepers are individuals who connect to the energetic centers of the Earth and to find deeper alignment with her and the life force she provides us. The Earth Keeper pathway is meant for those who feel a strong calling to serve the Earth by energetically tending to sacred sites, energetic grids or sites of global trauma.
Yes, these Foundations transmissions from our Level 1 course are a pre-requisite to complete before Earth Keepers Level 2 begins.
These transmissions are designed to deepen your connection and alignment for the journey ahead. This will allow for a smoother and deeper integration process, helping you step into the training fully prepared.

Foundations is not based on any particular belief system, neither is Evolution One as an organization. It provides a framework and practices to expand consciousness, but welcomes participants from all backgrounds and paths. The work is focused on awakening your inner knowing and connecting with the universal energies present within and around us. And in this aspiration to serve all this work remains non-dogmatic and non-denominational.
Absolutely. The daily guided meditations are short, potent energy transmissions typically 5-10 minutes in length. They make establishing a meditation practice easy and accessible, even if you've struggled to meditate for extended periods before. There is nothing for you to “do” in these meditations, except relax open to the potential of what is transmitted. In the longer sessions, you can quite easily relax into the group field and the spoken wisdom delivered. Many of those in our community did not have established meditation practices before they started.
That’s ok. We all start somewhere. Maybe this is the place where you start or restart your evolutionary growth process. This training course and as well the gentle, simply-worded directions of the guides allows everyone to be a recipient of this work no matter where they are in their journey. Sometimes the most powerful teachings and practices are the simplest.
