Why Success Doesn't Always Feel Enough

You did everything right. Chased the goals, hit the milestones, built the life. So why does something still feel missing?

In this episode, Asil gets into whether any of that is actually what makes us feel fulfilled, or whether it's just been a temporary relief from the harder stuff underneath. This episode is an invitation to sit with the questions you've been avoiding, and to listen for what's actually asking for your attention.

It Is Time to Wake Up

Asil

Hello. It is time. Your time has come to wake up from this dream. A dream that you have been in for a long time. For some of you, it has been many lifetimes. For some of you, it has been many generations.

You have forgotten who you are. At your core, you are so much more than the identity that you hold in this very lifetime,

in this construct, in this human form. Even though it is valid and true, even though it is real in so many different ways, it is only a fraction of who you are.

The world that is changing will inevitably force all of us, you, to awaken, to come to a deeper reality of who you are at your core,

to come to a deeper understanding of who you are.

More importantly, where do you want to go? Who do you want to be? And what purpose do you have in this life experience?

When the Illusions Fall Apart

Asil

When all the shadows and the illusions are falling apart, and all the ways you have believed life to hold it together for you are no longer serving their purpose.

When all the distractions, the entertainments,

the small rewards of happiness no longer deliver. When the promises of society, when the promises of life, the generations before you no longer deliver, what remains is the core in your being,

upon which your entire life is built, strong enough to hold despite all of the distractions, the voices, and the noises of this life, of this reality.

Is your love for self and for others strong enough to carry you through this human experience and through the years to come?

Or have you suppressed these questions because they're ultimately dangerous and scary?

What if nothing holds you any longer as you have expected it to, as you have been told?

What if the only thing that holds you is your trust, your faith in yourself and in this life at large?

And if you have lost that belief in yourself and that love in yourself, how can you trust that which you have forgotten or lost in the first place?

Asking the Inconvenient Questions

Asil

So it is time to ask the inconvenient questions,

not to anyone outside of yourself, but to yourself.

It is time to feel what needs to be felt. It is time to sense what needs to be sensed.

It is time to listen to the voices within, even the voices that are sad, the voices that are afraid, the voices that are confused, the voices that are angry.

The voices that have not been heard for a long time.

It is time to make space for yourself in communion with yourself.

It is time to transform this structure that is within you, the construct upon which you have built your reality and the perception of your reality.

Your Reality Can Transform

Asil

Your reality is true and real from your perspective. Yet the moment it changes perspective, the moment a new angle, a new approach to life enters this perspective, it changes. How you perceive reality to be changes. Therefore, the way you experience reality with all its challenges is true in the moment, yet it has the possibility and the capability to transform, to change.

It has the possibility to shift.

And what kind of reality would you like to live in? What kind of life would you envision yourself

to live that would ultimately make you feel fulfilled and happy, loved and loving?

The Illusion of External Fulfillment

Asil

Is it truly more money? Is it truly the perfect partner? Is it truly the perfect environment? Status? Fame? Power? And have those that have achieved those dreams that you hold truly found that fulfillment and satisfaction that you dream of?

Or is it possibly another illusion?

A temporary relief from the challenges of life.

A temporary happiness that fuels the journey of evolution. Every choice you make leads to another discovery. Every discovery leads to a realization that fuels your inner evolution. You transform, and all of those around you learn alongside you. All the exchanges, the conversations, fuel your development.

Yet the underlying questions of a deeper,

of a more meaningful kind,

still remain. Those questions may not be able to be answered by anyone outside of you. Your heart, your soul, the depths of your mind

to reach these answers.

Finding Space for the Answers

Asil

What does one do?

How does life give us the answers that we seek if life is full and busy? If the mind is loud? If the world requires and requests our attention at all times? If the commitments

that we have

take all our attention and all our time? How can we find the space to listen to the greatest questions of life itself, the most fundamental elements of existence?

A Doorway to Greater Transformation

Asil

What I'm bringing forth to you is a proposal,

is an inquiry.

It is not a belief system, and it is not intended to change any of your existing beliefs, any of the things that you have required, you have chosen to be who you are, that are relevant to you in your life, in the stability of your family, your community, and your path in life.

This proposal is meant to open a doorway within you that leads to a greater transformation.

A greater stability within, a greater happiness within, a greater love within.

The Mask of Stability

Asil

When you look at the world, when you look outside of you,

do you see that the illusion of this reality is being shaken? That the illusion is crumbling? Do you see that all of those around you are holding it together as best as they can, despite the challenges within them and the challenges outside of them encroaching into their consciousness, into their lives, into their hearts?

And everyone holds a mask. A mask of stability. A mask of, “I've got it. Life is okay. Don't you worry about me.”

Until no longer that mask holds strongly. Until no longer this mask can structure itself with strength to uphold the illusion.

The Pressure of the Unprocessed

Asil

In the depths of our being, all of us hold unprocessed emotions, unprocessed past, even the traumas of our previous generations, the traumas of our collective.

And some of us even hold traumas of past lives.

The front that holds it all together and the back that requests healing, transformation, alignment, a deeper sense of understanding, realizations.

The reality of society that requests our attention, our ability to function.

Our families, our projects, our cities, our countries, our nations, our society requests you to be present, requests you to deliver regularly, constantly, until you no longer can.

Yet at the same time, a greater influence, a greater pressure is building from within.

The pressure of the unprocessed.

How long can you hold?

Maybe until you no longer can pretend, until you no longer can deliver according to the needs, according to your promises and to your commitments.

How long until this inner pressure to change, to transform, to find a deeper sense of fulfillment, of love, overcomes your daily reality?

Exploring What Lies Beneath

Asil

How many times have you thought about disconnecting for good from the life that you have? Disappearing where no one can find you?

How many times have you thought of disconnecting from this life completely, no longer desiring this human experience at all?

Yet these thoughts of escape are merely a coping mechanism for the aspects of our being we haven't touched, we haven't explored yet.

And it is time to explore the unexplored. Welcome to your awakening.
