Starting in 2022, we undertook a comprehensive impact assessment across our Pillars of Light and Earth Keepers training pathway graduates – those who have completed our most advanced programs. Drawing from 401 graduate (“In-Service”) responses including 245 in-depth reflections, this report captures measurable outcomes and lived experiences from hundreds of participants in over 30 countries. The results affirm what we have long witnessed. Transformation within an individual becomes transformation within systems: families, organizations, and societies.
Publishing this Impact Report marks a milestone in our own evolution. It reflects our commitment to transparency, continuous learning, and service to all stakeholders — participants, donors, partners, and the Earth itself.
